Instruction
Refrigerate the pack for at least 2 hours before use.
Place the gel bag into the pocket of the wrap.
Tie the wrap onto the treatment area.
Use the extension belt if necessary.
Heat Therapy
•Muscle pain & spasms
•Mild arthritis
•Menstrual cramps
•Tendon stiffness, etc
Instruction
Place the gel bag flat into microwave and heat for 45-60 seconds.
Continue heating the gel bag for another 10 seconds each time if it is not hot enough.
Stop heating immediately once the bag starts to swell.
