Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet one of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition; or
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
In addition, the following requirements must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be in a resalable condition where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged;
- The wrong item was supplied; or
- The item is faulty or defective.
In these circumstances, we will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
